iLearn Professional - Details
iLearnReliability – Professional
The iLearnReliability Professional Development is intended for anyone who is working in a reliability role, wanting to further their plant reliability knowledge, and is a perfect training resource when achieving a CMRP, CMRT or CRL certification.
Whether you are seeking to become certified as a CMRP*, CRL™ or in some other way, or whether you are focused on mastering the knowledge you need to implement a successful reliability improvement and condition monitoring program, iLearnReliability™ provides the perfect coverage of topics and self-paced training style to ensure you achieve your goals.
What you want to learn is very important, but there is a lot to learn. Reading books and attending conferences is a slow and unstructured way to learn – you need a streamlined training course that takes you through the A to Z of reliability improvement, modern maintenance practices, and condition monitoring. You don’t need to be a supreme expert in every single subject area, but you need to know enough to be able to lead a program (or substantially contribute to a program), provide guidance to others, and pass a reliability examination if that’s your desire.
Mobius Institute creates successful reliability champions through iLearnReliability’s unique approach to learning. Utilizing animations, simulations, quizzes and voice narration, we use an unsurpassed training methodology that makes complex concepts easy (and interesting) to learn and understand.

How it works
When you purchase the iLearnReliability Professional Development we will create a Web-based learning management system just for your organization. We will customize the Web address in the form https://companyname.ilearnreliability.com, all of the training modules are available on that site.
We will provide a person from your company with access to the administration functions of the site. This will enable you to create accounts for other people. We hare made this task because we created 30 common profiles: engineers, condition monitoring technicians, plant-floor craftspeople, and more. You simply create an account and assign them to one of these profiles and they will have access to the appropriate training modules.
But you have total control. You provide people with a little bit of training at a time. You can decide to give people more or fewer training modules. And you can decide who should take quizzes and who should not.
And you can track the progress. You can see who has been assigned to what, and you can see who has completed their training. And you can see how they did in the quizzes.
The only limitation is the number of users. We offer subscription packages and if you buy a license for 20 users, then you cannot create 21 user accounts.
When you create an account for a person they are sent an e-mail with a link. They simply click, log-in, and click to learn.

Distance learning benefits
If the high cost of travel and accommodation, and the time away from your family and work has stopped you from receiving the training that you need, then you should consider our distance learning courses.
At a time that is convenient to you, and at a pace that works best for you, you can take our lessons and learn in a very similar way to attendees of our classroom courses. Depending upon the course, you can either view fully narrated slides, or you can watch a video of the class in action.
Narrated slides
Utilizing the popular iLearnVibration and iLearnAlignment products, we offer distance learning courses where you can view the lessons at your own page, in your own time, and get assistance from an instructor when any questions arise. Of course, you can just buy the products and learn at your own pace without assistance, but you are sure to benefit from interaction with the instructor. In certain courses, you can also interact with other students.
Video lessons
These are not noisy, unprofessional videos taken from actual classrooms, each video was carefully created and edited so that you receive the full benefit. As you can see in this sample, you see the instructor talking and you see the slides (and simulators) being used in high resolution. All you need is a good Internet connection and a good monitor (1024×768 or better) and you will be ready to start learning. You can pause and rewind the video so that you can see and hear the instructor cover the topic again.
In addition to the lessons, hands-on videos are presented where a variety of vibration analyzers are used to perform a range of tests. The analyzers currently include (in alphabetical order) the AzimaDLI DCX, Commtest 4-channel VB-8, Emerson 2120 and 2130, PRUFTECHNIK VibExpert, Rockwell, SKF, and SPM Leonova Infinity. The tests include demonstrations of averaging (linear, rms, and peak hold), bump tests, run up and coast down tests, simple ODS tests, bearing fault detection tests, phase analysis, live spectrum analysis, time waveform analysis, and more.
You can also perform activities defined by the instructor, and take quizzes that will be reviewed by the instructor.
This is a great way to learn. The convenience of learning from home, and the reduced costs associated with travel, meals and accommodation make this a very attractive option – especially while the world’s economy is still recovering.
